Requirements
- Good knowledge for Overall M&E Work control at construction site
(Experience 10-15 yrs as M&E Engineer in construction business) - Good Estimation skill for M&E work
- Good Interpersonal & Negotiation skill
- Good Command of English

(2) BD Asst. Manager : (Thai candidates with good English skills)
Requirements
- Age is between 30-35 years
- Graduated in Bachelor of marketing / economic/ civil engineering or equivalent
- Strong command of oral and written English
- Excellent computer knowledge of software commonly used in construction industry
- Good at time management skills with the ability to self-manage time efficiently and meet deadline, good at organize skills
- Able to work on irregular working hours and under high pressure
- High Responsible
- A practical, team-oriented work attitude
- Good English speaking/writing with Presentation skill
(3) Office Engineer : (Thai Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer candidates)
3.1 Estimate Engineer (Civil / M&E Engineer)
- Experience 2-5 yrs in related field
- Good skills for preparing BOQ and handling tender projects
- Good skills for preparing VO & claim issue
- Good Command of English
- Have positive mindset3.2 BIM (Revit) Engineer (Civil Engineer / Architect background)
3.2 BIM (Revit) Engineer (Civil Engineer / Architect background)
- Related experience 2-7 yrs in construction firm or design company
- Holds Official Certificate of Revit (Autodesk) / User or Professional level
- Good command of English
- Good Presentation skill
3.3 Structural Design Engineer (Civil Engineer)
- Design structure of Factory / Building (incl. piling, beam, basement, etc.)
- Drawing control
- Construction Site Inspection, etc.
Requirements
- Experience 2-5 yrs as Structural Design Engineer (Building Design)
- Good Computer skills (MS Office and Design package)
- Good Coordination (Teamwork) & Good Negotiation skill
3.4 Mechanical Design Engineer
- Mechanical for Building, such as ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitation, Fire Protection
- Mechanical for process support, such as Cooling Water, Compressed Air
Requirements
- Experienced in designing and calculation for ACMV, P&S, Fire Protection system of building projects (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of Mechanical Design Codes (Code of Thailand, EIT Standard, BS and NFPA) is essential
- Knowledge of sustainable design, LEED(United States)
- Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCad
- Well-versed in Cooling Load Calculation Program of E-20
Expected work (JD)
- Design work of Mechanical
- Coordination work with Architectural and Structural
- Attend technical meeting with Client, Site
- Value Engineering and Cost Down proposal
3.5 QC Engineer (Civil Engineer)
- Experience 2-7 yrs for Construction Site Control and Inspection
- Good skills for implementation, advisory & monitoring of Prevention / Correction / Quality Plan
- Good Command of English
- Good Coordination (Teamwork)
(4) Site Engineer : (Thai engineer candidates)
- Experience 1-5 years (Civil or M&E at Construction site)
4.1 Civil Engineer : to control construction work and sub-contractor / material & budget control / supervise subordinate, etc.
4.2 M&E Site Engineer : to install electrical system, air conditioning system,control sub-contractor, etc. - Good Computer skill (MS Office)
- Good Coordination (Teamwork) & Good Negotiation skill
- Bachelor in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with professional license
(5) Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) : (Thai Male candidates)
- Related Experience 3-10 yrs in Construction field
- Good Safety Monitoring and Pre-caution Skills
- Good Safety Management skills
- Able to communicate in English and good report skill
- Completed the Safety Training required by laws with professional certificate
