Draftsman / BIM Modeler
1) Draftsman
- Related Experience 3-10 yrs in Construction field
- Prepare shop drawing schedule to meet master schedule and construction condition
- Able to make 2D drawing, plan, section, and elevation from For construction drawing
- Excellent in using AutoCAD or related Program
- If able to use REVIT is an advantage
2) BIM (Revit) Engineer (Civil Engineer / Architect background)
- Create 2D/3D drawing.
- Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to meet the requirements successfully.
- Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues.
- Contribute to documenting, disseminating, and monitoring standards, best practices, and industry advancements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine designs
- Ensure that models are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications
- Incorporate data and information into models, such as cost estimates, material specifications, and scheduling information
- Generate reports and visualizations from models to communicate design information to stakeholders
- Continuously update and refine models as project requirements change
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in BIM within the engineering and construction business.
- Must understand well about construction sequences and timelines; must understand the progress of the construction phase.
- Flexibility with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills.
- Autodesk certification and Professional license an advantage.
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or related program
