Thai Shimizu's Corporate Policy on Personal Data Protection

In recognition of the importance of lawful processing of the Personal Data in strict compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, the Board of Directors of Thai Shimizu has approved and endorsed this Corporate Policy on Personal Data Protection with an aim to establish the framework for a proper Personal Data processing to be implemented and institutionalized into all of the business operation of Thai Shimizu that shall not be violating the relevant data subject’s rights and shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E 2562 (“PDPA”).

Moreover Thai Shimizu, as an affiliated company of Shimizu Corporation, commits to protect the Personal Data by compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Data.

To manage the Personal Data appropriately, Thai Shimizu arranges the PDPA Working Team for taking all necessary and appropriate security measures.

Thai Shimizu's management and employees are also familiar with PDPA issues and methods by obtaining PDPA training as well as able to handle any PDPA cases appropriately during routine operation.
