Thai Shimizu's Corporate Policy on Personal Data Protection

Personal Data Privacy Notice and Data Subject Form

In recognition of the importance of lawful processing of the Personal Data in strict compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, the Board of Directors of Thai Shimizu Co., Ltd. (“Company”) has approved this Privacy Notice on Personal Data Protection with an aim to establish the framework for a proper Personal Data processing to be implemented and institutionalised into all of the business operation of Company that shall not be violating the relevant data subject’s rights and shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E 2562 (“PDPA”).

Moreover, the Company, as an affiliated company of Shimizu Corporation, commits to protecting personal data by complying with the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Data.

To manage the Personal Data appropriately, the Company arranges for the PDPA Working Team to take all necessary and appropriate security measures.

Company's management and employees are also familiar with PDPA issues and methods by obtaining PDPA training as well as able to handle any PDPA cases appropriately during routine operation.

ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแบบฟอร์มการใช้สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ด้วยเห็นการตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด คณะกรรมการบริษัท จึงอนุมัติ เรื่อง ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยมีจุดประสงค์กำหนดกรอบการทำงานที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อนำไปปรับใช้และทำให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงสร้างองค์กรในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจของบริษัท ไม่ให้ละเมิดสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“พีดีพีเอ”)

นอกจากนี้ บริษัท ในฐานะบริษัทในเครือของชิมิสึคอร์ปอเรชั่น มุ่งมั่นที่จะป้องกันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้สอดคล้องกับการกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฏหมายของพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของประเทศญี่ปุ่น

เพื่อการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างเหมาะสม บริษัท ไทยชิมิสึ ได้มีการจัดตั้งคณะทำงานด้านการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ในการดำเนินมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยตามที่จำเป็นและเหมาะสม

ฝ่ายบริหารและพนักงานของบริษัท มีความคุ้นเคยกับประเด็นและวิธีการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ได้มีการจัดฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอยู่ตลอด จนสามารถจัดการหากมีกรณีข้อปัญหาเกี่ยวคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสมในแต่ละวันระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน
