1) Accountant
  • A/R PART
  • Issue invoice, tax invoice, and bill to customer
  • Following to collect the money.
  • Making a control sheet for each client
  • Record A/R -Receipt by use of Company Accounting System (CLOUDIA SYSTEM)
  • Making and Checking documents for VAT Reports and VAT Reconciliation
  • Other Task as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 yrs work experience in preparing journal slips, withholding tax, VAT, and accounting matters
  • Serviced mind (flexible to do various jobs)
  • Good computer literacy, e.g., Ms Office (Pivot)
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Bachelor’s in accounting
  • Ability to work under pressure and with urgency
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and highly committed to responsible assignments
2) ISO Officer
  • Document control ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Certification
  • Responsible ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 System
  • Conduct ISO 9001 & ISO14001 &ISO45001 Internal audits in the company
  • Coordinate and support certified for external audit activity
  • Training ISO system for new staff
  • Monthly audit system and meeting for every construction project.
  • Do documents and any report on Safety & Environmental Department requirements.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Age preferably 29-35 years
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • ISO requirement and Internal Auditor Certificate
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Microsoft Office
  • Photoshop program (would be receiving special consideration)
3) Legal Officer
  • To attend meetings, participate in the site patrol ,discuss with the site team the events for which the company can claim the contracting party, and record a minute of meeting in English.
  • To Initiate a notification and claim letter within a time bar as assigned by the Project Director or any chief in the related department, record the number of such letters in a log sheet and follow up the change Log with the site team.
  • Understanding clearly contractual rights, scope of work, terms, and conditions, and grounds for contract sum & claim.
  • Understanding clearly baseline schedule, key date/milestone, and document/certificate submission requirement.
  • Understanding clearly the procedure of change management and timeframe regarding the responsible project.
  • Ensure all evidence such as certificate, approval, photo, progress, correspondence, MOM, work instruction, site memo, and daily report are documented properly as if there will be a dispute.
  • To liaise with the construction sites in terms of contractual and legal perspectives.
  • Coordinate with the international division to figure out how to tackle the ongoing site situation.
  • Any other assignments assigned by the Contract Administration Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or Engineer ( No requirement of accredited university)
  • Very Hard working, Humble, Willingness to work and grow in construction business ,
  • diligent , polite and being a good coordinator
  • Good command in English in particularly in writing + basic communication
  • Being a good team player and ability to work under pressure and unexpected deadlines
4) Site Admin
  • To control the documents of the project; invoice, purchase order, submit documents to any relevant parties via internal workflow system and Adobe Sign system
  • To contact with supplier/sub-contractor for the quotation of site requested materials and provide the purchase order related procedures
  • To monitor, follow up, control and coordinate for all project document such as cost related document, progress report and others
  • To prepare petty cash report; recheck the accuracy of receipt and submit to accounting department
  • To prepare the document for payment process and update payable purchase order, miscellaneous material request
  • To ensure all documentations are provided smoothly for all project operations
  • Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
  • Have at least 2 years or above experience in administrative work
  • Strong command of oral and written English is mandatory
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in excel and other computer knowledge
  • Good at time management skills with the ability to self-manage time efficiently and meet deadline, good at organize skills
  • Can start work immediately
