On August 13, 2025, Kewpie Vietnam successfully held the Opening Ceremony for its new warehouse located in VSIP II Expansion Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong Province). As the main contractor for the project, Shimizu Vietnam proudly participated in the event, joining representatives from Kewpie Vietnam to mark this significant milestone.

On 29th May, 2025, Daikin Vietnam successfully held a Completion Ceremony for Daikin Vietnam Headquarters Building in Hochiminh city with the representatives of Daikin Industries Ltd, Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd; Daikin Air Conditioning (Vietnam) JSC; Nikken Sekkei Ltd.; Shimizu Corporation; Shimizu Viet Nam Co., Ltd and other Daikin's Business Partners.

On March 10, 2025, the Safety Ceremony for Mochizuki Press Factory Expansion project at VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park, Hai Phong city, was successfully conducted with the representative of Mochizuki Press Vietnam and Shimizu Vietnam (as main contractor of the project).
