Bangkok, Thailand — Thai Shimizu launched its 2025 internship program from June 2nd to August 1st, 2025. This year, a total of nine students from three leading universities—King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Mahidol University, and Thammasat University joined the program.
Throughout the internship, Thai Shimizu organized a variety of activities for the students. These included orientation sessions introducing each department, helping students understand the company’s business as a whole and to explore different career paths in the construction industry. Students also participated in the QC & Safety Committee patrol site visits, where they learned about quality control and safety practices on real construction sites.
By joining this program, students gained hands-on experience in both office engineer and site engineer roles. They had the opportunity to work alongside professional teams, develop teamwork skills, and experience real-life engineering projects. The program provided valuable insights and practical knowledge that will benefit them in their future careers.
