Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or Legal courses.
• At least 10 years or more related work experience as Contracts Manager or similar role, preferably in Construction industry.
• Preferably with Professional License.
• Any foreign nationality (preferably British and Japanese nationality but not required)
• With a background on FIDIC books

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (preferably on Electrical or Mechanical) with PRC Iicense.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Preferably with experience in specialized engineering – MEPF
• Able to use 3D CAD/Revit will be advantage.
• Well versed in presentation software of the latest version of AutoCAD.
• A team player and able to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• PRC license, is a plus
• With at least 4 years experience in industrial building construction, preferably handling building construction from excavation to hand-over.
• Inspecting subcontractors’ work in conformance with specifications and safety

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering course
• Registered Civil Engineer license is a plus
• With 3 to 5 years of related working experience
• With experience in Civil, Structural and Architectural works

Qualifications:

• To support on the daily Accounting transactions (including payables, receivables and others) for the project
• Graduate of BS Accountancy. CPA passer is an advantage for Accounting Officer
• Graduate of BS Accountancy. CPA passer is an advantage for Accounting Staff
• Must have at least 3-5 years working experience in Accounting field
• With advance knowledge in MS Excel, VLOOKUP, SUMIF and Pivot Table
• Emphasis on experience & willingness to join the company as Project Staff in Davao City

Qualifications:

• Will manage and handle the daily HR manager’s role in the project site
• A graduate from a bachelor degree program in human resources, business administration, psychology, behavioral science or any related field
• With a minimum five (5) years of experience as HR Manager
• A team player and has good interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels
• Emphasis on experience & willingness to join the company as Project Staff in Davao City
