We Shimizu Corporation – Manila Branch (SCMB) and Shimizu Philippine Contractors, Inc. (SPCI) understand the importance of protecting personal information and take all necessary and appropriate security measures to comply with Shimizu's Privacy Policy.

Candidates are responsible for the correct and accurate information on your application to this site. If a false statement is made, SCMB and SCPI reserve the right to reject your application or terminate the employment contract without prior notice by Management.

After submitting your application to us, SCMB and SCPI you understand and agree that SCMB and SCPI will share your personal information with relevant SCMB and SCPI members to evaluate and process your application. Further data collection from third parties (such as those listed in your reference) may be involved for the purpose of further evaluate your profile. All information stored by SCMB and SCPI will be kept confidential and used only for your recruitment purposes.

If you are not selected for the position you are applying for, SCMB and SCPI may consider your profile for another suitable position and transfer your application to the relevant SCMB and SCPI member for consideration. However, your information will be destroyed within 1 (one) year from the application submission if you are declared not to have passed the admission selection.

If you successfully qualify and be employed by SCMB and SCPI, your information will be kept confidential and SCMB and SCPI may disclose your personal information to, among other things, (i) any other member of the Company or any third-party service provider providing administration, data processing, training, insurance services. or health benefits for the Company, (ii) business partners in connection with business-related tenders, project partner or joint venture, and (iii) public authorities as required by law.

If you leave SCMB and SCPI for any reason afterwards, all information about you will be kept confidential by the Company for a period of 5 (five) years and will be destroyed thereafter.
