After submitting your application to us, you understand and agree that Shimizu will share your personal information with relevant Shimizu members to evaluate and process your application. Further data collection from third parties (such as those listed in your reference) may be involved for the purpose of further evaluate your profile. All information stored by Shimizu will be kept confidential and used only for your recruitment purposes.
If you are not selected for the position you are applying for, Shimizu may consider your profile for another suitable position and transfer your application to the relevant Shimizu member for consideration. However, your information will be destroyed within 1 (one) year from the application submission if you are declared not to have passed the admission selection.
If you successfully qualify and be employed by Shimizu, your information will be kept confidential and Shimizu may disclose your personal information to, among other things, (i) any other member of the Company or any third-party service provider providing administration, data processing, training, insurance services. or health benefits for the Company, (ii) business partners in connection with business-related tenders, project partner or joint venture, and (iii) public authorities as required by law.
If you leave Shimizu for any reason afterwards, all information about you will be kept confidential by Shimizu for a period of 5 (five) years and will be destroyed thereafter.
