OVERVIEW
Replace approximately 90,000 s. f. of existing EPDM rubber membrane roofing. New roof consists of 2 1/2 ” insulation, 1/2″ dens deck, and 50 mil Fibertite XL membrane. New gutter and downspouts were also installed.
