Automotive Parts Manufacturing Facility

Shimizu North America provided a complete turnkey project management approach to renovate this 40,000 s.f. facility to produce universal joints for the automobile. A 4,000 s.f. expansion to a 2-story office is in the process of being completed, along with a wall to divide the heat treatment area from the main production area. Additions include: concrete driveway, exterior docks and scrap storage areas covered by new canopies, piping for compressed air, cooling water supply and return and oily coolant, main power panels and cable tray for production power.
