Participation in Development of Singapore’s Largest Strata-titled Food Facility ‘Gourmet Xchange’
Shimizu Investment (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (SIA) has joined the development of ‘Gourmet Xchange,’ Singapore's largest strata-titled food facility for sale, led by CapitaLand Development (CLD). Mitsubishi Estate's local subsidiary, MJR Investment Pte. Ltd., and other investors are also participating in the project.
