The Safety Prayer and Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Taiheyo Philippines Cement Inc. (TPCI) Luzon Distribution Center Project was held last September 26, 2024 at Calaca Industrial Seaport. The Ceremony was attended by Shimizu Philippine Contractors Inc. (SPCI), headed by SPCI President by Mr. Sadakatsu Hiramatsu and TCPI President Mr. Takashi Miyashita. Also in attendance were Local Government Officials of Calaca City, Batangas. together with the council of Barangay Puting Bato West.
The project is located in Calaca Industrial Seaport Park with a lot area of 16,000 sq. meters with two (2) Silos that can store up to 25,000 and 15,000 tons of cement respectively with a Cement Packing Building.
