As we step into the new year, we are also welcoming a new chapter in SPCI as we embrace Area Management Empowerment Plan or AMEP. We take on new Governance and Authority to Independently manage our own Philippine strategy toward Profitability. We are entrusted now, to take on bigger roles and responsibility to chart our own success where, transparency, visibility and compliance is of utmost importance. Through our collective efforts, we shall maintain and sustain it.
As I take the helm of the presidency starting 1st January 2026, I bear the challenge to stir our company towards achieving our goals and objectives and pave the way for future leaders to take on leadership roles with independence, responsibility, and accountability through fairness, honesty and integrity.
In the Spirit of Choukensetsu- we have a new slogan, “Shimizu Plus- adding value where we touch”, we shall craft our future together with new services and establish partnerships. We will ensure ethical practice, commitment to quality, safety, schedule and value for money to earn stakeholders’ respect, trust and confidence.
The road will not be easy, but with Filipino resilience, hard work, compassion and work ethics, we will create value to our industry, community and country.
