Admin cum HR Executive

This position is only open to Malaysians.
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They should also be able to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies as necessary.
  • Arranging business travel and accommodations.
  • Checking staff timesheets and ensuring accurate staff expense claims and timely processing of payments.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a superior.
Qualification/Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / HR / Psychology / Accounting or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the construction field.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Must have own transport.
  • Willing to travel and relocate within Malaysia for project requirements.

BIM MODELLER

This position is only open to Malaysians.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with the tender team to develop temporary work drawings or tender related drawings during the tendering activities.
  • Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and /or AutoCAD drawings.
  • Develop and maintain BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes, and drawing formats.
  • To ensure client’s BIM Guidelines and requirements are properly and adequately addressed.
  • To produce BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) by REVIT.
  • To ensure drawing revisions are updated and recorded in drawing registers.
  • To check inconsistencies in the drawings when required.
  • To produce and to issue drawings when required.
  • To maintain and update all relevant drawing transmittals for all in-coming and out-going drawings.
  • To coordinate with the project team to ensure the as-built drawings are reflected with the actual site conditions.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management.
  • Proficient in Revit software with minimum 1-year related experience in construction industry.
  • Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in construction industry.
  • Willing to travel and must be willing to relocate for project requirement within Malaysia.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge in BIM 360 and Revit MEP will be and added advantage.

PROJECT ENGINEER

This position is only open to Malaysians.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project site.
  • Ensure project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as building and safety codes.
  • Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
  • Ensure inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and all quality control mechanisms are being used.
  • Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in construction field, preferably handling building construction from excavation to hand-over.
  • Must have strong leadership skills, problem solving skills and can work under pressure
  • Strong working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
  • Knowledge of building code requirements and safety protocol

  • Minimum 8 weeks of internship duration
  • Priority will be given to third-year undergraduates or where industrial training is a requirement for the completion of their studies.
