Quality-Safety Meet for Knowledge Sharing
The standards of Quality & Safety as implemented at SHIMIZU, JAPAN was adopted by SHIMIZU INDIA right from its inception to bring in the cutting edge concept of "FIRST TIME RIGHT" by diligently deploying several quality assurance techniques to build stringent quality standards.
Identification of repeated problems, associated corrective actions and continuous inspections are some of the steps taken to assure quality. Periodic sessions to share the learnings with key personnel to predict process performance and apply preventive actions are carried out.
This event commenced in 2011 and is mandatorily conducted every quarter to ensure preventive approach to Quality & Safety.
