OVERVIEW
Construction of a new greenfield, passenger tire plant in Chester South Carolina.The factory is cast in place concrete and conventional steel with an insulated metal wall panel and TPO roof. Construction was commenced in October 2015 and certificate of occupancy was achieved in December 2016. Shimizu North America was also awarded the supervision contract for the equipment set package for the project.
