Internship for Japanese School Student

On September 22 and 23, Shimizu Corporation (Bangladesh Branch Office) conducted a two-day internship for a secondary school student from the Dhaka Japanese School. This program introduced our company's business and activities in Bangladesh, providing an opportunity to understand the fundamentals of the construction industry. The participating student took part in workshops building bridges with disposable chopsticks and towers with newspapers, visited ongoing projects and the steel fabrication plant of a partner company, and experienced firsthand the work at an actual construction site. It was a valuable opportunity for the next generation, who will shape the future, to feel the appeal and potential of the construction industry.
